The Hale House
Since opening in 2015, The Hale House has been more than just a tavern, it’s been a gathering place. A spot where neighbors become friends, where the food is made from scratch, and where every drink is poured with care. Nestled in the heart of Hales Corners, The Hale House was built on the idea that a great bar & grill should feel both familiar and exciting, a place where comfort food meets bold flavors, and classic cocktails are given a modern twist.
We set out to create something special: a warm and inviting space where the Wisconsin tavern tradition thrives, elevated by a focus on quality ingredients, handcrafted drinks, and genuine hospitality. Our scratch-made menu is packed with thoughtful takes on American favorites, while our carefully curated bar offers everything from craft brews to signature cocktails made just right.
As the original home base for what has now grown into a family of restaurants, including The Local in Muskego and our newest venture, The Slow Buffalo in Milwaukee, The Hale House set the standard for what we believe a Wisconsin bar & grill should be: welcoming, flavorful, and always worth coming back to.
